Allotments - Click here for contact information for issues regarding an allotment, bank draft, or B4/PPA forms

  • To verify how an allotment/bank draft is paying out for a client.
  • Allotments handles the entering of information from the B4/PPA forms into the system so when the money starts it will pay out as long as the amounts on the forms and the money being received match.
  • If you need to provide special instructions on an allotment or bank draft. Special instructions may be any of the following:
    • Paying out an allotment a specific way other than on paperwork. These requests must be in writing.
    • Requesting a refund of a balance from an allotment/bank draft. These requests must be in writing.
    • Requesting an allotment or bank draft funds be held for further instructions or refund. These requests must be in writing.
    • Your inside contact can assist with these request. If you are unsure who that contact is we can provide that information to you.
  • If you need B4/PPA forms they should be located out on the website. If they are not there allotments can assist with uploading them for you to print as you need copies.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We can only give agents information on the business that they or their sub-agents have written. Tower needs permission from the client to disclose any information to another agent or any other party. You may call into Tower on a conference call so the client can give us permission to discuss their business with another individual.

  • If you are an agent who sends your B4’s and applications to Insurance and you want to verify if the paperwork or application has been received.
  • If you are calling about the status of a Boston Tower or American Labor policy.
  • If a client needs to file a claim with Boston Tower or American Labor, have them contact the insurance department. If the policy is with another provider you should direct them to contact the particular provider.
  • Insurance can be contacted by calling (800) 437-1670 and choose the option for Insurance. Direct extensions for contacts in Insurance are Missy – ext. 260 and Danielle – ext. 234.
